Data Broker Radaris Loses Domains in Privacy Fight

A judge ordered Radaris.com to transfer its domain and those of more than a dozen related data-broker sites to plaintiffs. The lawsuit cited violations of New Jersey’s Daniel’s Law, which protects law-enforcement officials from public data exposure. Radaris used fictitious CEOs, shell entities in the Marshall Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Seychelles. The company repeatedly delayed court proceedings, prompting Atlas Data Privacy Corp to re-file and expand the lawsuit in June 2025.
