Decap is the man behind the drums behind your favorite song

Nicholas Piantedosi, known as Decap, is a record producer whose “Drums That Knock” sample packs have been used on tracks by Kendrick Lamar, Olivia Rodrigo, Charli XCX, Freddie Gibbs, Bad Bunny, Mac Miller, BTS, and Ludwig Göransson’s Oppenheimer score. The series debuted in 2016 and has released its 11th pack to date.
