Docket – Per-commit evidence records for agent-written code

Docket records the full edit journey of coding agents by capturing harness-generated logs, folding them with the diff, and storing a per-hunk evidence record in an orphan ref. The tool installs as a single static binary, sets Git hooks to write audit trailers and store records, and verifies signatures with an ed25519 key. It supports CI pinning, local installation, and backward-compatible schema-versioned records.
