Does turning off Bluetooth actually make Wi-Fi better?

Bluetooth can interfere with Wi-Fi only on the 2.4 GHz band, where it shares spectrum with Zigbee, Thread, microwaves and many smart-home devices, potentially causing latency and packet loss. Modern devices typically use 5 GHz or 6 GHz bands, and using optimal 2.4 GHz channels (1, 6, 11), shielded cables, or spacing devices apart usually resolves congestion without disabling Bluetooth.
