DOJ wants more answers on Fox’s $22B Roku deal

The Justice Department issued a second request to Fox and Roku, demanding additional data and documents for its antitrust review of Fox’s $22 billion acquisition of Roku. The request reflects concerns that a Fox-owned Roku could give Fox’s content and advertising services preferential placement and leverage user data to strengthen its market position. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
