DoorDash will pay $131.5 million for missing and miscalculated NYC delivery worker wages

DoorDash will pay $131.5 million to settle New York City’s investigation into minimum wage and delivery worker protection law violations. Over 260,000 workers will receive $115 million in compensation, representing 200 percent of their underpaid wages. The company must also implement a three-year compliance monitoring program and update its internal systems to prevent future payment errors.
