Dragos closes its NetRise and runZero deals as Accenture takes control

Dragos closed acquisitions of NetRise and runZero while finalizing Accenture’s majority investment, appointing co-founder Robert M. Lee as chairman and CEO. The company will operate independently, integrating runZero’s exposure-management platform and NetRise’s firmware-analysis tools into its Dragos Intelligence Fabric, and will use the expanded data set to enhance its EmberAI guidance. Accenture added three executives to Dragos’s board, and the firm plans to invest heavily in R&D to counter evolving state-backed and AI-driven cyber-physical threats.
