Dropbox’s January 1 2027 terms apply to North American users under Dropbox, Inc. and to international users under Dropbox International Unlimited Company. Users must register or have an account created, can create multiple team or workspace accounts with one email, and grant Dropbox limited rights to host, back up, and process files. Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and keep ownership of their content.
