Early Cerebras investor Adit Singh joins Mayfield as infrastructure partner

Adit Singh, who sourced and co-led Foundation Capital’s early investment in Cerebras that later IPO’d at a near-$50 billion valuation, has joined Mayfield as an infrastructure partner to focus on hardware, infrastructure software, cybersecurity and physical AI. He was attracted by Mayfield’s leading semiconductor portfolio, including Upscale AI and Lumilens, and its ability to write seed checks up to $20 million.
