Einride is buying 500 Tesla Semis, and Amazon owns a piece of the buyer

Einride will acquire 500 Tesla Semis, deploying them for Amazon and other shippers across corridors in California, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois and Georgia, tripling its electric fleet within 24 months. Amazon holds warrants for 25.2 million Einride shares—about 12%—which vest as it purchases freight services, underpinning an expected $800 million of long-term recurring revenue.
