The elementary school pickup incident and the road ahead

An internal investigation and a review by the author’s mother-in-law resulted in new safeguards: stricter calendar hygiene, isolated meeting sandboxes, limited afternoon Zoom access, and tighter control of snooze functions, intended to protect household scheduling without affecting client deliverables, newsletters, or podcasts.
