Engadget Indie Pitch: Dressmaker

Dressmaker is a sewing and designing simulation released on Steam today by Cozy Lives, a small team within Free Lives. Players design, select fabrics, sew, and accessorize dresses for commissions or retail. The core team consists of three full-time members and external contractors. Development started with a prototype in July 2025, was greenlit by Free Lives in September 2025, and was led by Jonathan Hau-Yoon, co-creator of Terra Nil, and former costume designer Sabrina Becker.
