EPA kills foundation of greenhouse gas regulations

The EPA is repealing the foundation for regulating greenhouse gas emissions. The endangerment finding, completed during the Obama administration, served as the basis for carbon dioxide emissions regulations. It has had little impact due to lawsuits and policy changes between administrations.
