Eric Wu’s newest company, out of stealth since May, is going after construction’s labor crunch

NavigateAI, founded by former Opendoor CEO Eric Wu, emerged from stealth in May to develop AI copilots that deliver real-time, hands-free instructions to construction crews via smartphones and Meta’s AI glasses. The venture secured $25 million from investors including Elad Gil, Khosla Ventures and Lennar to address a labor shortage that now requires 4,000–5,000 workers for each data-center project.
