EuroHPC Launches 6 Quantum Calls with €119M in Funding

EuroHPC JU has opened six €119 million calls to develop large-scale quantum technologies, each allocating €20 million for 3.5-year projects targeting 1,000-plus qubit trapped-ion and superconducting processors, and neutral-atom platforms with up to 10,000 atoms and >99% fidelity. The calls require full-stack hardware, cryogenic and control systems, cloud access, error-correction capabilities, and European supply-chain development, with applications in energy, health and secure communications. All proposals must be submitted by 17 November 2026.
