Europe may finally have found a space entrepreneur who is meeting the moment

French entrepreneur Hèlene Huby, chief executive of The Exploration Company, was named a government envoy for an International Space Summit hosted by President Emmanuel Macron, alongside astronaut Thomas Pesquet. The company announced a $450 million Series C funding round, the largest ever for a Europe-based space firm and the biggest for a female-led company in the region.
