FCC plans robocall scorecard to grade phone companies on spam call blocking

The FCC will launch a robocall mitigation scorecard that rates phone companies on their ability to block illegal spam calls. The scorecard will include call-blocking statistics, customer complaint data, and enforcement actions, and may assign numeric scores, letter grades, or risk categories (low, medium, high). This tool aims to inform consumers and incentivize providers to improve robocall protection.
