Floci: Locally emulating any cloud service

Floci offers MIT-licensed binaries that emulate AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI services locally. Emulators start in 24 ms and consume 13 MiB of memory. They support 119 AWS, 25 Azure, 8 GCP, and 8 OCI services on a single port, enabling Docker containers for Lambda, RDS, Redis, and Kafka with full protocol fidelity. Developers and AI agents can run, test, and iterate on cloud code locally using standard SDKs, CLIs, Terraform/OpenTofu, and a unified CLI or dashboard.
