Flock built an AI tool that lets police search for people by how they drive

Flock Safety’s new AI system, OS Investigate, lets police search for people and vehicles by movement patterns without needing plates, names, or crimes. The tool links camera data to arrest records, 911 logs, ballistics, and commercial databases, offering 19 behavior-based prompts that can generate suspect leads. Flock says the system is still in development with limited law-enforcement partners and may change before wider release.
