Flock Safety’s new AI system, OS Investigate, can identify drivers and track vehicles using movement patterns from cameras in over 6,000 communities, linking plates to names, addresses, and relatives via police case files, 911 logs, and commercial databases. The tool offers 69 prewritten prompts that let officers generate suspect or witness lists from location, time, and behavior inputs, producing dossiers that include arrest histories, social-security data, and personal contacts.
