Flock Wants the Most Detailed Map of Its Surveillance Cameras Taken Offline

Joshua Michael’s Flock Surveillance Map, built from a December 2025 snapshot of Flock’s own database, shows more than 170,000 cameras and 130,000 auxiliary devices, totaling roughly 300,000 surveillance units nationwide. The map includes 27,000 acoustic detectors, networking gear, and color-coded device models such as Falcon cameras and Picard processors, and confirms Flock’s presence at sites like the FBI headquarters and Chicago O’Hare. Michael identified a public ArcGIS access-token leak that allowed him to query device locations without authentication, a vulnerability he reported to Flock on November 13, 2025.
