France’s CEA and Alice & Bob team up on quantum-supercomputer software

Paris-based quantum-computing firm Alice & Bob and France’s Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) have agreed to collaborate on software that will allow quantum computers to operate in tandem with conventional supercomputers. The partnership centers on Qaptiva, a quantum application platform developed by the state-owned company. The financial terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.
