French CII's Mitra-15 in SIMH. Work in Progress

The author has adapted an SDS-940 SIMH simulator to emulate the 16-bit CII Mitra-15, implementing a full instruction decoder, basic I/O handling, and a test program while still lacking many peripheral specifications. Documentation from Pascal Chour and a hex-dump of CII’s MTR monitor are being used to verify functionality and guide future support for devices such as DRI disks and RSX-280 porting.
