Fresh from €1.2bn, NEURA buys its second company in eleven days

NEURA Robotics is acquiring 100% of Adlatus Robotics, a German maker of autonomous cleaning and sweeping robots such as the CR700C/D and SR1300, to replace their navigation software with NEURA’s AI-driven Neuraverse platform. The deal, made through NEURA Mobile Robots, follows NEURA’s purchase of Bosch Rexroth’s ACTIVE Shuttle business eleven days earlier, expanding its portfolio beyond material-handling into AI-enhanced cleaning solutions.
