C.H.BECK bought a majority stake in Noxtua, a startup that develops AI tools for legal research, analysis, and drafting. Noxtua closed a Series C round of over $100 million. Anthropic launched Claude Opus 5.5, matching Claude Fable 5.1 on most tasks at about 40% lower cost. Opus 5.5 costs $4 per million input tokens and $20 per million output tokens.
