Germany Power Grid Sabotage: Launch Devices Found Near Weisweiler Plant

German police found suspected launch devices near a high-voltage line at the Weisweiler power plant in North Rhine-Westphalia after a suspicious individual was reported nearby. The devices were discovered after authorities sealed the area and temporarily closed part of the A4 motorway. Police are investigating a 48-year-old man from Gevelsberg who has claimed responsibility for recent sabotage attempts on Germany’s electricity infrastructure, and are examining links to earlier incidents in Weisweiler, Dormagen, and Bergheim.
