GitHub is having trouble counting things

GitHub’s UI shows an incorrect pull-request count on repository tabs, especially after merges, and the displayed number is accurate elsewhere. A second bug appears when setting up Sentry: the organization membership list spans two pages, but Chrome blocks address bar edits in the pop-up, requiring JavaScript navigation.
