Go 1.27 Is Released

Go 1.27 adds generic methods, letting a single method like Rand.N[Int intType] handle all integer types, and permits struct literal keys to be any valid field selector, enabling direct initialization of embedded fields. It also generalizes function type inference, introduces new go fix modernizers, improves small-object allocation by up to 30 percent, and adds several standard-library features including encoding/json/v2, crypto/mldsa, native uuid support, experimental SIMD packages, and a new net/http/httptest.NewTestServer.
