Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise for Legal, launched with Cleary, Freshfields, Weil and Williams & Connolly, provides purpose-built legal skills, iManage, NetDocuments, Thomson Reuters, RelativityOne and Harvey integrations, a partner ecosystem, and a governance layer with audit logging and centralized controls. The skills automate brief drafting, citation verification, contract lifecycle management, regulatory scanning, DSAR fulfillment, document redaction, and conversion of legacy agreements into reusable playbooks, supporting confidentiality and privilege requirements. Accenture, Deloitte and KPMG offer implementation and change-management services for large firms.
