Google is making it easier to switch between password managers on Android

Google has added a password-manager switching feature to Android that lets users transfer passwords and passkeys directly between apps without exporting CSV files. The process starts by opening the new manager, selecting import, and Android detects and coordinates the transfer, allowing users to review and approve data in a few taps. Supported apps include 1Password, Bitwarden, and Dashlane, and the feature works on devices running Android 8 or later.
