Gwyneth Paltrow is planning a private, off-the-record dinner for Sam Altman on August 29 at her East-side home in the Hamptons. Her venture firm Kinship Ventures, an investor in OpenAI since 2023 and in AI startups Lovable and Nectar Social, is tied to the gathering. Paltrow has publicly highlighted AI use at Goop, leased ground-floor space in Anthropic’s San Francisco headquarters, and OpenAI recently hired Charles Porch as a “celebrity whisperer.”
