Hivemind raises $17M from M&G as asset managers test tokenisation

Hivemind Digital Group raised $17 million in a strategic round led by M&G Investments, which secured a board seat. Investors such as CPIC Investment Management, ZA Bank, FalconX and senior executives from Man Group, Apollo, Coinbase and Citi joined the round. The capital will fund institutional partnerships, tokenised-asset deployments and infrastructure for next-generation asset management, referencing Ripple-BCG’s projection of an $18.9 trillion tokenised-asset market by 2033.
