How the iPhone Duo compares to other folding phones

Apple’s iPhone Duo launches October 23 for $1,999, priced just above the Pixel 11 Pro Fold and Galaxy Z Fold 8. It uses a passport-style hinge that keeps the inside and outside screens at the same aspect ratio and allows some apps to run while partially folded. The interior display features a special outer layer that, together with the hinge design, protects the screen during folding.
