How to cancel your Whoop membership (and why you may want to)

Cancel a Whoop membership in the web app’s Membership tab, choose “Cancel Your Membership,” and follow prompts; refunds are issued within 30 days, but late returns incur a $110 restocking fee. Core features require a paid plan starting at $149/year, whereas competitors like Amazfit Helio Strap, Garmin Cirqa, and Fitbit Air offer comparable metrics for a one-time cost near $100.
