How to get your cut of PlayStation's $7.85 million settlement

Sony will credit PlayStation Store balances to U.S. accounts that bought qualifying digital games from April 1 2019 to December 31 2023, pending final court approval at an October fairness hearing. After deducting attorneys’ fees (up to 25%), $5.89 million will be prorated among roughly 4.4 million accounts, resulting in credits from $0.91 to $33.66. Eligible titles include The Last of Us Remastered, Bloodborne, Until Dawn, NBA 2K18, and No Man’s Sky.
