How to make your iPhone's alarm ring at full volume even when your calls are muted

iOS 27 adds an independent alarm volume control: in Settings → Sounds & Haptics, turn off “Match Ringtone Volume” under Alarms & Timers to reveal a dedicated slider for alarms and timers, leaving ringtone and notification levels unchanged.
