Htmx 4.0.0 has been released

Htmx 4.0.0 replaces XMLHttpRequest with fetch(), making attribute inheritance explicit by default and standardizing event names to the htmx:phase:action format, removing legacy htmx:xhr:* and htmx:validation:* events. History support no longer uses localStorage by default, reducing support headaches. The release follows eight months of development, with a command-line tool to aid migration from htmx 2.
