The config-drift-checker tool turns a Claude.md, skill and hook configuration into test cases that run the actual agent on every PR and release, detecting when changes to Claude Code or model versions break expected behavior. It maintains a pinned baseline and a canary version, reports detailed grader verdicts, costs, and a drift index, and can automatically generate bump PRs and enforce spending limits.
