I refuse to let SPICE die

The fork maintains the Windows SPICE guest agent, providing client mouse mode, resolution matching, clipboard sharing, and file transfer, and includes a multi-GPU mouse fix that prevents pointer loss when a real GPU is passed through. It builds the agent via Autotools + MinGW-UCRT64, produces an MSI installer, and uses GitHub Actions with SignRelay to sign binaries and the package before releasing.
