I Tried a Window-Cleaning Robot: Do Not Recommend

The Ecovacs Winbot W2S Omni is a premium, 15-pound window-cleaning robot with a charging case, 110-minute battery, four cleaning modes, and microfiber pads that dispense solution. It performed adequately on a single 7 × 10-foot ground-level window but left residue, required frequent pad changes, and failed on complex sash-and-case bay windows, getting stuck on hardware and missing corners.
