ICE agents can't wear Meta glasses while they work, official memo warns

ICE has issued a memo prohibiting all employees from wearing Meta smart glasses while on duty, warning that the devices could inadvertently capture, record, or transmit sensitive information. The agency, which has previously barred personal body-worn cameras, is simultaneously planning to develop custom smart glasses with biometric identification capabilities for deployment by next year.
