India’s Murf AI launches Falcon 2 to challenge voice AI leaders

Murf AI will launch its Falcon 2 voice model on 20 August, charging $0.01 per generated minute—one-fifth the price of ElevenLabs’ Turbo and Flash services. The company claims Falcon 2 outperforms several OpenAI models on the independent Artificial Analysis leaderboard and responds in under 100 ms, while offering data residency in 11 countries, on-premise deployment, and up to 10 000 concurrent calls.
