ISAR Aerospace 5 Sept Mission Onward and Upward

Isar Aerospace’s second flight, “Onward and Upward,” launched from Andøya Space, Norway, at 22:12 CEST on 5 September 2026, reached the Kármán line, completed stage separation and released payloads from the German Space Agency’s Microlauncher Competition. The mission proved Europe’s first sovereign commercial orbital launch capability and confirmed production scaling, with “Spectrum” vehicles 3-7 in manufacture and a new 40,000 m2 facility aimed at up to 40 launches per year.
