Jack & Jill raises $40M to put an AI agent on both sides of the hiring table

Jack & Jill secured $40 million in Series A funding from Air Street Capital, raising total capital to $60 million. The platform deploys two AI agents—Jack for candidates and Jill for employers—to negotiate and match candidates to jobs. It has arranged 25,000 interviews, averages 5,000 per month, and serves a 350,000-strong candidate network and 5,000 business partners. The agents gather data from 12,000 hours of calls to personalize negotiations before connecting candidates with hiring managers.
