Judge dismisses antitrust lawsuits over Google’s AI Overviews

A federal judge dismissed antitrust lawsuits filed by Chegg and Penske Media Corporation against Google. The plaintiffs alleged that Google’s AI-powered search features coerced publishers into providing free content for AI Overviews or face removal from search results. Judge Amit Mehta ruled that the claims do not satisfy antitrust law.
