Lawsuit: Amazon refused to give pregnant workers bathroom breaks and chairs

A class-action lawsuit filed in the Eastern District of New York alleges that Amazon denied four pregnant warehouse workers basic accommodations—including additional bathroom breaks, a 15-minute extra break and the ability to sit—despite their requests. The plaintiffs claim they were subsequently penalized, had unpaid-time-off balances depleted, and were terminated between April 2025 and July 2026.
