Maiao: Gerrit-style code review workflow for GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, others

Maiao is a community-maintained tool that implements Gerrit-style stacked pull requests for GitHub, GitLab, Gitea, Forgejo, Bitbucket Cloud, and Cursor Origin. It creates one PR/MR per commit, automatically stacks them with correct parent-child dependencies, supports native stack APIs when available, tracks commits via Change-IDs, and rebases the stack after merges. The tool auto-detects the hosting provider from the remote URL, manages fixups with `git commit --fixup`, and offers configuration options for native stack usage.
