Meeting notetaker Circleback adds a free tier to attract more customers

Circleback, a Y Combinator-backed meeting note-taker, has launched a free tier that allows unlimited meeting transcription with a 30-day history limit, mobile and Apple Watch access, AI transcript queries, and Linear and Slack integration. Paid plans, starting at $15 per month (annual billing), add full API, MCP access, and unlimited history. The company, founded in 2023, raised $2.5 million in 2024, reports ARR of about $8 million, and has been profitable since then.
