Meta debuts its Muse AI agent. Will consumers trust it?

Meta’s Muse is a personal AI agent that accesses email, calendars, payments, health data, smart-home devices and other apps to send emails, book travel, generate grocery lists and purchase items via Stripe’s Link, with Shopify and 1Password integrations planned. It runs on web, iOS, Android, WhatsApp and future Meta AI glasses, is free to start, requires a payment card, and offers Power ($20 / month) and Maximum ($100 / month) subscription tiers with usage meters and opt-in app connections, powered by the Muse Spark model and capable of linking through built-in, public or browser APIs.
