Meta says it’s changing AI suggestions after posing invasive personal questions

Meta is revising its AI chatbot prompts after a viral video showed the system asking a user “Who is the child passenger?” while she posted a clip of herself and her daughters, prompting invasive personal questions. Meta spokesperson Dina El-Kassaby said the feature “missed the mark” and should never have generated such prompts, and the company is now updating the suggestion mechanism.
